AI is no longer a “future” conversation. Many organisations are already experimenting with tools that draft content, summarise information, classify feedback, or surface patterns in data.

And yet, a lot of AI initiatives stall after early excitement—stuck between a proof-of-concept and something people actually trust and use.

Not because the technology can’t work, but because integration is a business change problem as much as it is a product problem.

1) The “Shiny Tool” Trap: Solving the Wrong Problem

  7. Scale only after trust is earned
